Welcome to the Kosher Shop. My kosher chocolates are made using all approved products in the Congregation B’nai Torah Kitchen located in Longmeadow, Mass, under the supervision of Rabbi Shlomo Yaffe and the Massachusetts Kashrut Commission. All chocolates are dairy, unless indicated parve.

Kosher is the Hebrew word that means fit, proper or correct. Kosher food complies with Jewish dietary law. Every step involved in the preparation of food follows time honored traditions and standards that exceed governmental agencies.
