Sara was the Maid of Honor for her sister. These girls come from a long line of determined females. Sara was in her last year of undergraduate studies in Nursing, clinicals, finals and worked part time in a local hospital. Her sister, Rita, the bride was in her last year of Medical School, in the process of selecting a specialty and interviewing for her residency placement. If that wasn’t enough, they were planning Rita’s wedding. Really?! Sara’s gift to her sister was the dessert table at the wedding reception. To stay within the budget, we decided on fresh fruit trays of strawberries dipped in chocolate, pineapple dipped in chocolate, raspberry coins, chocolate dipped oreos, and mini pretzel rods dipped in caramel and chocolate. We traveled to the Berkshires on the morning of the wedding and the staff at the country club placed all the trays in the cooler. During dinner, the staff used the foyer table that held the place cards and set up the sweets buffet. Anything is possible and we can work with staff at any venue to meet their requirements.
